Customer Services Co-ordinator Based: Wrexham --- Salary Circa £18,000
An opportunity has arisen for a special someone with excellent customer service skills to join our Customer Services team to respond to customer enquiries at all stages of the sales cycle and can give excellent after sales care.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who is a strong team player, who can make decisions and build relationships both with customers and internally throughout other parts of the business.
The main duties will include:
* Resolution of customer service enquiries by phone & email.
* Accurately process orders for both the home and export markets and when orders received monitor and progress orders through to despatch
* Advising customers with technical and sales enquiries & to problem solve as required
* Building long-term business relationships with customers & colleagues by having a co-operative manner to pursue a quick resolution to both queries and complaints.
* Interpret and analyse data.
To perform the role the key skills and knowledge required are:

Ability to multitask and ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Excellent people skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Knowledge of exporting
Experience of engineering environment would be advantageous
