IMC addresses Institute of Hospitality members

IMC has been invited by the Institute of Hospitality (IoH) to contribute to a series of regional management briefings in conjunction with the Master Innholders on the options available to commercial catering establishments to dispose of their food waste.
Speaking at the first of these presentations, which took place on 15 April at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel & Spa in Chester, Chief Executive of the IoH, Philippe Rossiter FIH, said: "The cost effective and environmentally efficient disposal of food waste has become a major headache for many of our members. I am delighted to be able introduce this to our agenda for these important regional management briefings."
Brown’s, London and Gleneagles are just two of the hotels that have recently adopted IMC systems in order to dramatically reduce their food waste disposal costs whilst at the same time improving their environmental credentials.
Future events are scheduled on 15 June in Glasgow, 8 July in Wiltshire and 11 July in Eastbourne.
