IMC exhibited its CS “Chip Shop” range at last weekend’s Fast Food Show, held at the Ricoh Arena adjoining Coventry City Football Club’s home ground. Attendance levels were high despite the present economic uncertainty that is reported to be quelling commercial enterprise.

IMC received a great number of enquiries, in particular from fish & chip shops who were looking to replace tired and outdated equipment and who saw the Show as providing a unique shop window on what is currently available. Most of the products on IMC’s stand were snapped up by eager bargain hunters keen to make a saving by buying ex Show display stock. “We could have sold our Chippers and Potato Tanks several times over,” said Area Sales Manager, Tim Jackson.

IMC’s new lease purchase finance scheme was unveiled at the Show, attracting a great deal of interest from prospective customers who, in the current climate, might otherwise not have been able to afford to purchase new equipment outright. “At a little over £10 per week, IMC’s new CS-C1 Chipper is probably the most affordable in the market,” said Tim.
