New 21mm Knife Block means even bigger chips

In response to increasing demand from dealers and end user customers the PC2 Chipper is now available with a larger, 21mm Knife Block.

Over recent years, restaurants have reported a growing trend towards a larger chip, with the formerly largest 17mm size increasing rapidly in popularity.

No longer the reserve of fringe eateries, the new 21mm chip is now being requested in more and more restaurants, bistros and burger bars.
