Sakura Restaurant

The recently open Sakura restaurant housed in Exchange Flags, a stunning location right in the centre of Liverpool’s commercial district offers dining and entertaining within one spectacular venue. Sakura (Cherry blossom in Japanese) has a sophisticated and unique mix of classic and modern Japanese cuisine.



It was this requirement to maintain the right blend of refinement and style through to the bar area that the designers, Kitchen Logistics, chose IMC’s Bartender system.



With 42 staff and 18 chefs on site this £1.2m development is now one of the hottest restaurants in the North West, with a capacity for over 300 people, IMC’S bar equipment ensures the finest cocktails in the city can be created by resident mixoligist Jean Ferreura Rodriguez.



IMC’s modular stainless steel Bartender system is widely used in prestige installations and was chosen for its flexibility, hygienic, easy-to-clean features, competitive pricing and sleek appearance. Bar staff have their own workstations built around them, including shelf drainers, drawer units, blender stations, ice chests, bottle bins basket racks, fridges and waste units. Everything the bartender needs to serve and mix drinks is a few paces from the serving area so that they can remain facing customers while dispensing drinks quickly.
